Gorgeous Summer Day
And, I managed to enjoy a bit of nature when I took the dog out for the walk. The fresh air felt good against my skin and the sunshine felt warm and refreshing! After the walk, i did some running around to take care of errands during the day, and then came back home. I watched a little television then logged onto the computer to search for Digikits...and I found a couple of nice Freebies too!
But it is too glorious of a day to be stuck indoors..So, I logged off the computer and headed back outside to take a walk and just relieve my mind of any stress or pressure. It felt so good to just get outside and feel the sun's rays against my skin and the fresh air! Sometimes it is the little things in life we appreciate!!
Adios for now, I have to go back outside before the sun sets and moon appears...

Humid Air blows in the wind
Oh, I am so happy they finally captured the three siblings-Dougherty Gang- who went on a shooting spree..They captured them in Colorado and they lived in Florida!
And, The Memorial where the 9/11 flight crashed in Pennsylvania needs more funding to complete the project. This will be a beautiful Memorial once it is completed and I will definitely be visiting this site!

Life is A Gift
There was a blind girl who hated herself because she was blind.
She hated everyone, except her loving boyfriend. He was always there for her. She told her boyfriend, "If I could only see the world, I would marry you."
One day, someone donated a pair of eyes to her. When the bandages came off, she was able to see everything, including her boyfriend.
He asked her, "Now that you can see the world, will you marry me?" The girl looked at her boyfriend and saw that he was blind. The sight of his closed eyelids shocked her. She hadn't expected that. The thought of looking at them the rest of her life led her to refuse to marry him.
Her boyfriend left her in tears and days later wrote a note to her saying: "Take good care of your eyes, my dear, for before they were yours, they were mine."
Life Is a Gift
Today before you say an unkind word - Think of someone who can't speak.
Before you complain about your husband or wife - Think of someone who's crying out to GOD for a companion.
Today before you complain about life - Think of someone who died too early.
Before you complain about your children - Think of someone who desires children but they're barren.
Before whining about the distance you drive - Think of someone who walks the same distance with their feet.
And when you are tired and complain about your job - Think of the unemployed, the disabled, and those who wish they had your job.
But before you think of pointing the finger or condemning another - Remember that not one of us is without sin and we all answer to one MAKER.
And when depressing thoughts seem to get you down - Put a smile on your face and thank GOD you're alive and still around.

Lessons in Life
Lessons on Life
There was a man who had four sons. He wanted his sons to learn not to judge things too quickly. So he sent them each on a quest, in turn, to go and look at a pear tree that was a great distance away.
The first son went in the winter, the second in the spring, the third in
Summer and the youngest son in the fall.
When they had all gone and come back, he called them together to describe what they had seen.
The first son said that the tree was ugly, bent, and twisted.
The second son said no it was covered with green buds and full of promise.
The third son disagreed; he said it was laden with blossoms that smelled so sweet and looked so beautiful, it was the most graceful thing he had ever seen.
The last son disagreed with all of them; he said it was ripe and drooping with fruit, full of life and fulfillment.
The man then explained to his sons that they were all right, because they had each seen but only one season in the tree's life.
He told them that you cannot judge a tree, or a person, by only one season, and that the essence of who they are and the pleasure, joy, and love that come from that life can only be measured at the end, when all the seasons are up.
If you give up when it's winter, you will miss the promise of your spring, the beauty of your summer, fulfillment of your fall.
Moral:
Don't let the pain of one season destroy the joy of all the rest.
Don't judge life by one difficult season.
Persevere through the difficult patches and better times are sure to come some time or
Later.

Like an apple tree among the trees of the forest, so is my dearest compared to other men. I love to sit in its shadow, and its fruit is sweet to my taste."
