Blizzard2016

Hidey Hoo and I hope all are having a great day thus far  I survived the Blizzard 2016 this past weekend-snow totals were 18'-20' inches-and the wind gusts caused snow drifts. Although, The snow drifts created some artsy designs.  You can read more on the Blizzard in the Online edition of the Washington Post newspaper.

And, I managed to shovel the driveway and believe me it was tough moving 20' inches of snow!! But it felt good and also I got my cardio in for the day. And, This Blizzard made the record books for highest snow accumulations....and it will be a Blizzard that we won't forget. 

Well, I gotta go and take care of some personal errands and I want to take some photos of the snow This Blizzard is Beautiful!!

Hidey Hoo and I hope all are having a wonderful Thirsty Thursday!! I know I am and just watching and listening to the news regarding this Blizzard of a SnowStorm expected to come late Friday into Saturday. It is all over the news and all the weather forecasters are predicting this will be the snowstorm to break the record books of past winter storms. Well, I guess it is just a waiting game to see what the Blizzard brings..It may not bring anything or it might be the Winter Storm that breaks all records!!  It will be the Winter Storm of 2016!! 

I've got to go and get the winter survival kit ready so I hope all have a Blessed Day and stay warm in your part of the world.

Tuesday is Totally Cool

Happy Tuesday and i hope all are having a Fab day thus far. I know I am even though I am freezing my butt off in this cold weather and the weather forecasters are predicting snow flurries?! Although, it may or may not accumulate any inches.  But the wind is making it feel Zero degrees...Come on Spring and hurry to get here!! Actually, I wouldn't mind one BIG Snowstorm since December was mild....I need to take some snow photos for the year!! 

On another note, I had a wonderful New Year's and Happy New 2016 Year since I wasn't able to post on the New Year Day-I was busy celebrating and wasn't thinking about the blog, Hehe!!  

In news today, Tonight will be the last State of The Union for President Barack Obama since this is his last term as president of the United States!! I have to watch this tonight, and should be interesting!!  I may even record the State of the Union...

Well I gotta go and take care of some personal business...and have you noticed the days are getting longer now/ Although It still feels like night falls around 5pm but I have noticed the sunlight is trying to shine longer.  Anyway, Have a Blessed Day and pay it forward to all that you meet today.
